House is located at the top of the highest hill that has homes within the city limits of Seldovia.

Home enjoys the convenience of city water system and sewer. Electricity is provided by Homer Electric Company. Home is self contained for heating; fuel purchased from a local business, Seldovia Fuel & Hardware. Home is very easy to heat and very fuel efficient and insulated. Exhaust fans in the upper level can be turned on during the warm days in the summer to pull the warm air out and leave the cool air so no air conditioning is necessary. Very comfortable home.
